The school Principal was invited by CBSE on June 26 ,2024 for ‘Interaction Prog. of Secretary, Ministry of Education, Govt of India with CBSE Principals ', a very meaningful and thoughtful session curated to address the concerns and discuss the real practical issues concerning NCF, HPC, Two examination system, Rationalisation of syllabus and many more. It was very informative and interactive session besides being a platform for meeting best education leaders from India and CBSE schools across the globe

Training programs for school leaders is a collaborative effort of CBSE and National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration. Keeping this prime notion in view, a virtual webinar for school teachers was conducted on the topic 'Magic of Gratitude' by District Training Coordinator, Dr. Vandna Shahi. She explained the meaning of word 'gratitude' as the quality of being thankful. Further she told about its concept and how to practice it to remain happy and contented. Sharing the 'Magic Formula', she suggested attendees to deliberately think and say the magic word 'Thank You' and feel the abundance they receive. The session ended with a hope that this magic of gratitude opens up a new world of happiness for all.

A session on the topic 'Teaching in 21st Century' was conducted by Dr. Vandna Shahi. In this session, she not only mentioned the characteristics of a 21st century teacher but also suggested tools and strategies required to teach Generation Z learners. Interdisciplinary approach and activities related to it were also discussed. As resource person, she shared the Tips for handling virtual classes and role of in service training was also highlighted. Overall, it was an insightful sessions for the attendees.
